1. Who we are
This shop is operated by NORYMUS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17020866, registered office 28 Bedford Square, Leigh, WN7 2AA. Our VAT registration number is GB513541030. You can reach us at sales@walryvo.com or 07397 937226.
2. What we sell
Framed printed reproductions of digitally created artwork, made to order. They are not paintings, originals, limited editions or signed works. Sizes and frame options are stated on each product page, and the size given is the framed size.
3. Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the UK standard rate. Delivery is free and is shown before you pay. The price you see at checkout is the total you will be charged — there are no surcharges, handling fees or customs charges for UK delivery.
4. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email you to confirm. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example if a design has to be withdrawn — we will tell you and refund you in full. We reserve the right to decline an order, in which case you are not charged.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe Payments UK Ltd. We do not see or store your card number. Your order is made once payment has cleared.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Printing and framing take up to 3 working days and delivery a further 2–4 working days. These are honest estimates, not guarantees; if an order is going to be materially late we will tell you. Risk passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellation and returns
You may return anything within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason. That is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in these terms restricts those rights. 8. Intellectual property
The artwork, the photographs and this website belong to us. You are buying a physical print for private use. You are not buying the copyright, and the print may not be reproduced, resold as a digital file or used commercially without our written permission.
9. If we have got something wrong
Tell us. We would much rather fix it than argue about it. Email sales@walryvo.com and we will reply within one working day. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own country.
