What exactly am I buying?
A printed reproduction of digitally created artwork, printed with pigment inks on premium satin art paper, in a wooden frame with glazing and a hanging fixture already fitted. An unframed print is the same sheet without the frame. It is not a painting, an original or a signed work, and we do not describe it as one.
What sizes are there?
A4 (21 x 29.7 cm), A3 (29.7 x 42 cm) and A2 (42 x 59.4 cm). The size quoted is the framed print including the frame.
What are the frames like?
A slim wooden moulding in black, white or natural oak, glazed at the front, with the hanging fixture fitted before we pack it. Nothing to assemble.
Is the glazing glass or acrylic?
Acrylic on A2, glass on A4 and A3. Acrylic on the largest size because glass that big breaks in transit more often than it survives, and a broken one is no use to either of us.
How long will it take?
Up to 3 working days to print and frame, then 2-4 working days in the post. So 5-7 working days from order to doorstep.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing. UK delivery is free.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. Framed glazing is difficult and expensive to send abroad and we would rather not promise a date we cannot keep. Email us and we will tell you honestly if we can help.
Can I return it?
Yes - 30 days from the day it arrives, for any reason, no explanation needed. Full details on the returns page.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price shown includes VAT at the UK standard rate. Our VAT number is GB513541030.
Will the colours look like they do on screen?
Close, but not identical. Screens emit light and paper reflects it, so a print is always a little softer than a monitor. If the difference bothers you when it arrives, send it back.
Can I get a design in a different size or frame?
Email us. If we can do it we will quote you properly rather than guess.
Who pays if it arrives damaged?
We do. Send a photograph and we remake and resend at our cost. You do not need to post the damaged one back.
