Privacy and cookies
NORYMUS LIMITED is the data controller for this website. We can be reached at sales@walryvo.com or by post at 28 Bedford Square, Leigh, WN7 2AA.
What we collect, and only when you order
| Name and delivery address | To make and post your order. Kept for 6 years, because HMRC requires us to keep records of sales. |
|---|---|
| Email address | To send your order confirmation and tell you when it is posted. |
| Order details | So we can honour the returns policy and answer questions about what you bought. |
The lawful basis is performance of a contract — we cannot send you a print without knowing where to send it — and, for the records we are required to keep, legal obligation.
What we do not do
- No Google Analytics or any other analytics.
- No advertising or remarketing pixels. Nothing follows you around.
- No third-party fonts, icon services or social embeds — this page loads from one server, ours.
- No marketing emails unless you explicitly ask for them. There is no mailing list.
- We never sell or rent your data. To anyone, for any price.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies, which is why you have not been asked to accept any. Your basket is stored in your own browser using local storage and never reaches us until you check out. Stripe sets its own cookies on its payment page to prevent fraud; that happens on Stripe's page, under Stripe's privacy policy.
Who else sees your data
| Stripe Payments UK Ltd | Takes the payment. They receive your name, email and card details; we never see the card number. |
|---|---|
| Our delivery courier | Receives your name and address to deliver the parcel. |
| Cloudflare | Hosts this website and serves the images. Processes your IP address to deliver the page and block attacks. |
That is the complete list.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — except for the sales records HMRC requires us to keep. Email sales@walryvo.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
